Currently, there is no method to accurately determine the quality of a woman’s ovulation. It’s important to understand that not every cycle results in the release of a high-quality egg, even if ovulation occurs regularly. Regular ovulation does not always guarantee pregnancy.  

Generally, younger women tend to have better egg quality, but age alone is not a definitive measure of ovulation quality. The complexity of fertility means that multiple factors, beyond just ovulation quality, can impact the chances of conception.
