No, the intensity of ovarian stimulation and the number of eggs retrieved do not increase the risk of genetic abnormalities in embryos created through IVF. Studies have shown that high-dose stimulation does not compromise embryo quality.  

However, it is important to note that not all embryos are genetically normal, regardless of stimulation intensity. At the end of the process, 25 to 50% of embryos naturally carry genetic abnormalities, which means they will not implant successfully or may lead to miscarriage after implantation.
